Lydia Cotillon enlisted in the Army on January 1, 1982 and served in Personnel. She accelerated through the enlisted ranks rising to the non-commissioned officer rank of Sergeant First Class. During her 20 years of honorable service, Cotillon experienced Army service during peace and war – the Bosnian War to be precise. “I was proud to serve my country,” said Cotillan.
